The reservation is completed when the deposit of 30% of the total costs is received and confirmed by us via an email.

No later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the remaining amount, plus the final cleaning costs of € 120, must be received.

Standard cancellation policy:

 

Full refund if canceled within 72 hours of initial payment.

Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total amount.

Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: 25% refund of the total amount.

Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: no refund will be made

Covid cancellation policy:

If travel to Slovenia is not allowed due to general Covid measures of your country or of Slovenia, the total rental amount will be refunded. The standard cancellation policy applies to individual illnesses.

During the stay, the tenant is responsible for the contents and inventory of holiday home "hisa kal" and is therefore liable for any damage to furniture and buildings during the rental period.

The tenant must have arranged his personal liability and / or cancellation insurance himself.
